Ultra-Slim and Ultra-Effective for Inline applications

Ultra-slim Stealth Vertex Metal Detectors are utilized in specialized packaging applications involving free-falling product. The compact Vertex fits where other metal detectors can’t – typically between a Multihead Weigher and a Vertical Form Fill Seal machine (Bagger). A convenient mountable remote control box provides easy access to Phantom intelligence and controls. Upon detection of metal contamination, a reject relay is triggered.

Stealth Metal Detectors use powerful Digital Signal Processing technology and have high sensitivity levels to ensure the detection of the smallest ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel contaminants. Custom manufactured to suit compact applications, Stealth Vertex detectors are available in either stainless steel or aluminum construction. Built in data collection and Contact Reporter Software make them a critical control point in preventing product contamination.

The Halo Automatic Testing System is highly recommended for use with the Vertex system, as testing is often challenging in applications the Vertex is suited for.
